TalentMakers Foundation is building Nigeria's next generation of technology talent, starting in Rivers State, growing nationally, and contributing to Africa's digital future.
Mission
Where talent meets opportunity
Nigeria does not have a talent shortage. It has an access problem. TalentMakers Foundation exists to close the distance between a young person's ability and the opportunity that would let them use it, starting with technology, starting in Rivers State.
We work directly in the communities where access is lowest, including locations reachable only by unmotorable road. We combine community-level delivery with a research and measurement capability uncommon at our scale, enabling us to evidence not only participation but verified change in young people's workforce readiness.
