We started in Rivers State because that is where we live and where the work is real. We are growing nationally because the problem is not local.
Where we are now
Stage 1: Rivers State
TalentMakers Foundation is registered in Nigeria (CAC RC 8113188) with a registered office in Abuja and a principal operational base in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Rivers State is where the evidence base is being built, the scholars, the TechSpark Conference, the school partnerships across five named schools, the LGA collaboration.

- LGA partnership: 14-ward digital literacy collaboration in discussion with Emohua LGA
- Schools: Government Secondary School Borokiri, Degema National High School, GSS Usokun, CSS Egbeke Etche, CSS Rumuekini
Where we are going
Stage 2: National
TMF's registered office is in Abuja, and national expansion is the explicit next stage. We are in active discussion with the Bauchi State Ministry of Youth and Sports regarding deployment of youth workforce readiness assessment infrastructure. The National Baseline Study, drawing on a national population sample, will establish TMF's evidence presence nationally before programme delivery follows.

The horizon
Stage 3: Pan-African
The model TMF is proving in Rivers State, community consultation, structured training, measured outcomes, peer mentorship, is designed to be replicated. The ambition is Pan-African. The discipline is to earn that scale by doing the work properly at home first.
