TalentMakers Foundation is led by Oluwatosin Omotoyosi Edeboh, supported by a growing core team and a wider community of volunteers, partners and programme alumni across Rivers State.

Oluwatosin Omotoyosi Edeboh, LL.B, B.L., ACIS

Executive Director

Edeboh leads TalentMakers Foundation's delivery, partnership development and community engagement. She holds a law degree from the University of Lagos and is a graduate of the Nigerian Law School. Through O'Virtual Solutions she has trained over 500 young people in digital and workplace skills. She is a TEDx speaker, her talk at TEDxAda George Road Youth, "Talent Is Everywhere. Opportunity Is Not, and Education Alone Won't Fix It," captures the conviction behind everything TMF builds. She has also presented at the Young African Women Congress Annual Global Convocation in Kigali on delivering IT education to girls in rural Nigerian communities. She leads all in-country operations from Port Harcourt. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).

Divine Asolo

Program Coordinator

Divine supports TalentMakers Foundation's programme operations and community engagement from Port Harcourt. He coordinates the TMF Scholars community, running the peer support forum, managing cohort activities and keeping scholars connected between training sessions. He also plays a key operational role in TechSpark school visits, handling community mobilisation, field logistics and on-ground media coordination across secondary school sites in Rivers State. Beyond programme delivery, Divine contributes to TMF's visual identity and social media work. He reports to the Executive Director.

Ezekiel Elijah Adeola

Frontend Development Intern

Ezekiel supports TalentMakers Foundation's web development and digital infrastructure as a Frontend Development Intern. A trained frontend developer with advanced certification in React.js from Qwasar Silicon Valley, he builds responsive web interfaces that strengthen the Foundation's online presence and digital systems. His earlier work as a youth facilitator, technical support engineer and classroom teacher gives him a grounded understanding of the communities TMF works with. He brings both the technical skill to build digital tools and the field awareness to make sure they actually serve the people they are built for.

Yusuf Saiful Rahman

Technical Advisor

Yusuf advises TalentMakers Foundation on technology strategy and curriculum direction. He reviews the technical content behind the Scholars Programme and TechSpark, keeping what scholars learn aligned with the tools and practices employers actually use, from software fundamentals through to applied AI. He also guides the Foundation's own use of technology, advising on the platforms and data systems that support programme delivery and impact tracking, and mentors scholars and facilitators as they move into technical roles.

Zuwaira Ibrahim

Programs and Impact Intern

Zuwaira supports TalentMakers Foundation's programme coordination and impact tracking. A first class graduate from Nile University with a strong analytical background, she brings research methodology, data collection and monitoring and evaluation skills to strengthen TMF's programme delivery and evidence base. Her work spans programme outcome tracking, performance monitoring, and impact documentation across TMF's initiatives, including the Scholars Programme and the wider TechSpark initiative. She reports to the Executive Director.
