Our Work
The Volunteer Programme
How TMF reaches further than its core team.
TalentMakers Foundation runs on a recruited volunteer corps, 23 volunteers to date and 15 currently active, organised into functional workgroups that support programme execution, event delivery, community mobilisation and operational planning. Volunteers also contribute ideas and capacity to the Foundation's operational and administrative work.
This structure lets TMF assemble credible local delivery teams at short notice, through people already known to the communities concerned rather than through externally recruited staff.

In their words
What volunteers say
“Volunteering for TalentMakers Foundation introduced me to a new dimension of life. It was a wonderful experience.”
“TMF has been a life-changing platform for me. It gave me the tools, mentorship, and confidence I needed to grow in tech and impact others. One of my proudest moments was speaking to students at a school about tech awareness, an opportunity made possible through TMF.”
